Organization Overview

At SuperSeeds, what we do best is transform youth behavior by planting the seeds of Awareness, Hope and Courage so that our youth can make better decisions creating better outcomes for themselves and our community.  Our two-day Transformation Camp is a diversion program where we help 13 - 17 year olds become aware of not just the unhealthy path they are on, but also the post high school academic and career possibilities available to them.  By giving them hope, they are more incentivized to be in school creating more options for themselves.  With the support we provide them during and after the camp to help them heal and think differently, these youth have the courage to make better decisions despite being in the same environment.  From the diversion court’s records we know that in 2024, 81% of the youth referred to us by the court do not receive additional charges up to two years after attending our Transformation Camp.  Our goal is to not only increase our success rate but to also get ahead of the courts and be proactive in reaching younger youth from 9 - 17 years old and transforming them before they get suspended or arrested.

The Impact of the Donation

Through this generous gift from SEED Consulting, we are able to break ground one of our new 2026 initiatives - the Love Thy Neighbor Tour.  With this program we are able to be more proactive by going into the neighborhoods that have youth violence issues to help transform lives. This program, like our Transformation Camp, will give more youths the opportunity to live up to their potential and create productive members of our society.

I went from a hot-headed individual to a calm, respectful young man.  The change happened because I decided I wanted to be better.
